DStv has announced that it shall open a premium channel for everyone to view from 20th to 23rd February, 2015. Lifetime on DStv channel 131 will be opened free for all bouquets from that Friday to Sunday, giving you a thrilling weekend in front of your television.

Lifetime is usually only accessible on Premium package and features Block buster movies, dramas and factual entertainment. However, DStv will now open the channel free from 20th to 23rd February and made available for all bouquets including access, family, compact, compact plus and premium bouquets.

You may have forgotten that this month marks the third anniversary since the death of iconic singer, actress, producer and model Whitney Houston. All DStv subscribers will have an opportunity to celebrate her life and music when Lifetime showcases the African premier of Whitney, a bio movie based on the singer’s life. Her bio movie will be shown on Sunday 23rd February at exactly 20:00 CAT.
